Verified by money. Every rating on this profile arrived attached to a real tip from a real customer, collected live, on shift, through Sofia's personal QR. No self-written CV, no favours-for-references. Stats are compared within similar shift types, so a Tuesday lunch is never judged against a Saturday night.
