About
Whilst writing, recording, and producing all of her music from her small London apartment, Norwegian Rebekka Louise is carving out her own path in the music scene. Since debuting back in 2020 with ‘One Step Ahead’, her unique take on singer-songwriter traditions has achieved glowing reviews from the likes of EARMILK, Forbes Portugal, and Lefuturewave. Whilst putting great emphasis on raw and honest lyrical expression, Rebekka intertwines acoustic elements with intricate synths, eliciting an intimate relationship between the music and the meaning. With support from several prominent playlists, including Spotify’s own New Music Friday Norway, Rebekka Louise is a rising star in the experimental pop realm. Her latest single ‘There’s Something In The Shadows’ was a taste of her upcoming album ‘Shame Is An Old Friend’.
