About

Welcome to the world of DJAMband – where the soul of Greece meets the sounds of the world! We are a multicultural band based in London, reimagining traditional Greek songs with fresh and surprising arrangements. From foot-stomping dance tunes to heartfelt ballads, we bring you a wide spectrum of moods – always rich with emotion, rhythm, and storytelling. Our music is rooted in old and traditional Greek tunes – the urban blues and popular songs of Greece – but we colour them with global influences from our international members. Each performance is a musical journey across cultures and time. Whether you're hearing these songs for the first time or grew up with them, DJAMband invites you to experience the old in a brand new way. Let the music move you, surprise you, and maybe even get you dancing!
