Charlie White

About

Charlie White is a school teacher and singer-songwriter from Kent making acoustic songs with a contemporary sound but a classic feel. His music reflects influences ranging from Fleetwood Mac to John Mayer, with skilful guitar playing, melodic vocals, catchy hooks and deeply personal lyrics. With wide ranging and varied musical influences, Charlie has a wide repertoire ranging from the beautiful melodic songs (e.g. Babylon, Harvest Moon, Your Song) to the timeless classics that everyone knows and loves (e.g. Wonderwall, Brown Eyed Girl, Summer Of 69, Angels). After working hard to help sell-out his shared gigs at The Bedford (Balham) and The Grey Lady (Tunbridge Wells), he has been branching out into the local West Kent music scene. He has since played successful shows around Tunbridge Wells at Unfest Fringe and Local & Live and his own private show back at The Grey Lady.
