About
Becca James is an alt-pop artist in London creating and sharing music with healing themes. Her debut EP, Trust the Season (2023), earned playlisting from BBC Introducing in the North East and was featured on Spotify’s Alternative Future editorial playlist. Her collaborative track 'Can’t Stop My Shine' with US-based producer Soulplusmind was featured in the Netflix series Wellmania starring Celeste Barber. Performing as part of an acoustic trio, Becca has toured extensively, including performances at New Music Monday at The Ned London (curated by Jodie Bryant/Big Hug Music Group), Camden Chapel, Hyde Park Book Club in Leeds, and a sold-out International Women’s Day show at The Globe in Newcastle. She also delivered a moving solo performance at the Healing Tents of Lindisfarne Festival 2024. Across the moons of 2025, Becca is set to release her debut album and trauma-healing project, God in Chains, under London-based YR Records; with the lead single and title track landing on Jan 29th.
